Repaired in the USA usa flag

In the U.S. market in 1995, propeller tuning was a "black art". You simply took your propellers to a conventional repair shop and when you got them back, no one could tell you what was done or what was wrong.  You accepted them as they were because that was the norm.  In fact, most new propellers met only the lower ISO specifications (see below,) if any at all.

Now we are able to precisely tell you what your propellers looked like before the repair and exactly what they will be after the repair.  Further, we provide you with detailed reports showing the before and after results of our work. Our computer analysis enables us to visually see the shape of each blade on a computer monitor.  This allows us to profile the propeller blades, and we can then identify and correct any surface variations and the sources of your problems.

Performance tuning your propeller will enhance your boat's speed, increase the fuel efficiency, and eliminate propeller induced vibration which is primarily caused by incorrectly pitched propeller blades.  With our computerized propeller inspection equipment, we can measure your propeller pitch to within .001" of pitch.A pair of propellers that are pitched accurately will work more efficiently with less wasted horsepower. Having a propeller with all the blades pitched the same allows those blades to work together. Having a pair of closely matched propellers dramatically increases the efficiency of those propellers allowing the engines to work in concert.  RPM differences or consistently poor performance from one engine can indicate significant pitch differences between propellers. Increased propeller  efficiency  will result in decreased fuel consumption.

Unlike  most  other propeller repair facilities, we measure and  tune  your  propeller  to International Standards ISO 484/2,  Paragraphs 6, 7, 14, and 15  as  set  by  the Organization for International Standards.   Except in extreme situations, all propellers are tuned to Class I or higher.  This is made possible by using our Computer Inspection Systems, propeller training courses that we have undertaken, and the knowledge we have gained through being precision propeller repair specialists since 1996.
